*Program Specialist - Remote Contract Role* *Contract Duration:* 4 Months (January 26, 2026 - April 26, 2026)
*Start Date:* January 26, 2026 *Training Period:* 8 Weeks (January 26, 2026 - March 26, 2026) *Location:* 100% Remote (Candidates can be sourced nationally) *About the Role* We are seeking *experienced Program Specialists* to join a dynamic, fast-paced team supporting patients and providers in accessing critical therapies. This is a *contract role (not contract-to-hire)* designed for professionals who thrive in high-volume environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. *What You'll Do* * Handle *60-100 inbound calls per day* with an average call time of 6 minutes. * Provide support on *enrollment status, medication shipment updates, general patient inquiries, and outreach for missing information*. * Manage *high-volume complaint resolution* with empathy and professionalism. * Ensure *100% call quality* and accuracy in data entry within program tracking systems. * Act as the *primary point of contact* for customers, removing barriers and ensuring smooth access to therapies. *Why Join Us?* * *Fully Remote* - Work from anywhere in the U.S. * *Structured Training* - 8 weeks of comprehensive onboarding. * *Impactful Work* - Help patients navigate complex healthcare processes. * *Fast-Paced Environment* - Perfect for those who thrive under pressure. *What We're Looking For* *Required Experience:* * *High-Volume Call Center:* Minimum 2 years. * *Healthcare Customer Service:* At least 2 years. * *Remote Work Experience:* Proven ability to work independently. * Strong *communication skills*, empathy, and attention to detail. *Preferred Experience:* * Familiarity with *medical terminology*. * Experience in *insurance verification, prior authorization, patient access*. * Knowledge of *Medicare/Medicaid* processes. *Additional Details* *No PTO during training* (January 26, 2026 - March 26, 2026) * Limited time off after training due to project demands. * Heavy call volume expected February-March. * *Pay Rate:* Competitive, based on experience. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
