Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions within our AI-enabled Health Cloud Platform. This platform supports clinical and pharmacy workflows using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI, Agentic AI, Computer Using Agents. and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models integrated with domain-specific vector databases.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure, and compliant automation frameworks that drive operational efficiency and improve healthcare outcomes.



Responsibilities

    Architect and lead the development of enterprise-grade RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere / UiPath.
  • Design intelligent automation workflows that integrate with AI/ML models, clinical systems, and pharmacy platforms.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to embed RPA within agentic and generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
  • Define best practices for smart bot development, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure automation solutions are HIPAA-compliant and aligned with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, RxNorm).
  • Lead the evaluation and integration of RPA/CUA tools, APIs, and orchestration platforms.
  • Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • Document architecture decisions, automation frameworks, and operational playbooks.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in RPA development and architecture, with deep expertise in Automation Anywhere / UiPath.
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable automation solutions in healthcare or regulated environments.
  • Experience integrating RPA with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized environments.
  • Experience with intelligent agents, multi-agent systems, or AI-enhanced automation.
  • Strong understanding of workflow orchestration, exception handling, and bot governance.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and compliance frameworks (HIPAA).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Background in clinical decision support systems (CDSS) or pharmacy benefit management (PBM).
  • Exposure to AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow).
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
  • Contributions to automation communities or open-source RPA projects.
  • Travel up to 25%
