About the RoleThe Sr. Business Systems Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for performing analysis and maintenance of existing business system development and system improvements. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of IT systems, software configuration, CI/CD, engineering, and business processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production, especially Aerospace production, and analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems, as well as proficiency in software environments and upgrades. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, stay updated with the latest industry trends, and contribute to the strategic direction of business system initiatives.In this role, you will maintain and enhance Inventory controls in both the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and its integration back to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool. You will oversee and contribute to the configuration, upgrade, and long-term operation of the MES tool while directing the operation and maintenance of software architecture and environments to meet the IT needs of the business. This role will be a balance between product ownership and customer support, ensuring the tool is stable, functional, and improving as the business requires. A key part of your responsibilities will be to continuously assess and improve processes to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As the Inventory Subject Matter Expert, you will cross-train into other aspects of the MES tool to ensure appropriate resolution/development is in-line with the rest of the tool. This will include Process Planning, Work Order Execution, Nonconformance Management, Equipment, and Organization Management alongside your Inventory Management/Operations expertise. You will identify areas for improvement, develop improvement plans, and lead their implementation. Additionally, you will collaborate with external vendors and service providers to develop, enhance, and troubleshoot the systems and their integrations. Depending on the scope of the role and onboarding OJT, you may act as an individual contributor or supervise, mentor, and coach other business systems analysts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a dynamic environment, and be a self-starter that can coordinate/cooperate with a lean team of other high-drive individuals. Pay Range: $125,510.00 - $172,576.25Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education,experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
