Job Overview:

Executes day-to-day HR service delivery within the HR Solutions Center. HR Specialist ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions, provide responsive support to employees and managers, and maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Duties vary based on assignment (e.g. employee data, leave administration, records management, onboarding support, or related functions).

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of HR operations, system administration, or related experience (healthcare preferred)
• Demonstrated accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills,
• Strong customer service skills, with ability to adapt communication style to the audience
• Technological acuity with HR systems; ability to learn system configuration and administration tasks as needed
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

Preferred:

• Bachelors degree or commensurate experience preferred

Essential Functions:

• Execute daily HR service delivery tasks in assigned function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Maintain strong attention to detail and self-audit work to correct errors proactively before submission,
• Provide timely and professional responses to employees, managers, and HR partners; escalate issues as appropriate
• Demonstrate technical proficiency in HR systems; perform system administration or configuration tasks when assigned
• Ensure all documentation and data are complete, accurate, and compliant with policies and regulations
• Contribute to high-quality deliverables that meet organizational standards and audit requirements
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and other HR partners to ensure process consistency
• Support a culture of collegiality and customer service sensitivity by treating all stakeholders with professionalism
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement and recommend changes to management
• Track performance against SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards to ensure work meets expectations
• Displays teamwork-focused engagement and flexibility to perform other tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as required
