SUMMARY

PRIMARILY LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES IN THE FOLLWING STATES AND CITIES: 1) Chantilly / Sterling, VA 2) Reno, NV 3) Jackson, MS

The Site Facility Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the site is compliant with all applicable guidelines outlined in the Site Maintenance Guideline (Q-AL-CP-RM-0317-EN)

.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary POC regarding facility issues including awareness and training personnel in day to day operations. The following specific requirements apply:

* Ensuring vehicles, buildings, company grounds and general maintenance service is completed as needed. Tour warehouses on a regular basis to ensure buildings and equipment are safe and ready to operate. Make recommendations to senior management on programs to improve the maintenance function.

* Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and facilities that will minimize disruptions in warehouse operations and ensure the maximum useful life of the equipment. Monitor all materials handling equipment (MHE) maintenance activities, making sure that all equipment is serviced as required. This may involve outside service providers.

* Enforce established housekeeping policies and procedures to minimize staff injuries, lost production time, damage and contamination of product. Interact with trash hauling and salvage companies to ensure that services are provided. Operate in accordance with OSHA and other applicable standards.

* Track building and equipment repair and monitoring preventive maintenance programs. Develop a Maintenance Schedule to support the site.

* Purchase parts, supplies, and fuel necessary to perform required maintenance. Maintain a cost-effective parts replacement program and inventory. Negotiate, follow up and enforce any maintenance contracts with outside vendors.

* May delegate certain functions to trained and qualified employees, as necessary.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

v Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent

v Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

v Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite

v Language Skills: English (reading, writing, verbal)

v Mathematical Skills: Standard

v Other Skills: Position may require background checks and additional training and testing for DSA, CTPAT, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience and/or exposure to basic maintenance skills, but not Mandatory

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The employee must use a computer, devices and telephone equipment to perform his/her duties. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision

WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee rarely is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
