Senior Front Office Systems Integrator

Peraton seeks an experienced, proactive Systems Integrator to support an organization's front office. The candidate will provide administrative and business operations support to enable a fast-paced customer mission. Responsibilities include general support of day-to-day business management activities, meeting logistics and facilitation, event planning, correspondence and impact reports, action tracking and governance board facilitation. The SI will also be responsible for maintenance of SharePoint sites and sub-sites. The position will report to the Customer Chief of Staff.

The candidate will support activities to include:

Provide executive-level organizational performance support to the front office
• Drive accountability by documenting meetings, identifying actions, and ensuring timely resolution
• Develop executive-level reports, briefings and dashboards
• Track approved purchases in coordination with spend plans
• Other ad hoc tasking as required.

Required Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
• BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, and maintaining configuration management and providing seamless support to Front Office systems and processes.
• Ability to support communication efforts, drafting emails, meeting notes, etc. with various stakeholders to ensure coordination and information flow
• Ability to support planning, meeting organization, drafting meeting agendas, etc.
• Ability to collect and assemble office-wide input for recurring meetings with senior leadership.
• Ability to support the planning for customer events, such as quarterly all-hands meetings, offsites, technical exchange meetings.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team collaborative environment

• SharePoint proficient user
