Acara Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with our partner temporarily out in Calabasas Hills, CA
Here is what you will get:
Duration: 2 months
Pay Rate: $22-$25/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Here is what you will do:
- Entering orders into ERP system: Timely and accurate entering orders into the system, assuring matching POs, respective warehouse, and ship dates.
- Modifying and revising orders: Timely revisions of orders (revising quantities, ship dates, warehouses, etc.)
- Billing: Daily billing and invoicing.
- Credits: Daily credits.
- Document archiving: Scan and upload invoices, orders, and related documents into our online archiving system.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Highschool Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center roll
  • Experience using an ERP system
