Shift: 6:30 AM - 3 PM | Monday - Friday

What it takes:



  • Entry-level position - no prior experience required, but you must be eager to learn and able to perform physical labor.
  • Ability to liftupto 50 pounds regularly and use a 4 lb. hammer throughout the shift.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take direction in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
  • Replace and repair barrel components, including staves, heads, and hoops.
  • Use hand tools such as hammers, windlasses, saws, and mallets to perform precision repairs.
  • Load and unload empty distillery barrels and handle heavy materials safely.
  • Remove damaged bands from barrels and replace them with new ones.
  • Inspect, align, and reseal barrels to ensure they meet production standards.
  • Plug imperfections, seal leaks, and perform quality checks to maintain consistency.
  • Work efficiently and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
