The Opportunity:
Avantor is seeking a Workday Sr. HR Systems Analyst with a focus on Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management evaluation, design, and configuration within the HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining end-to-end Time and Absence configurations in Workday. This role emphasizes designing efficient processes for time capture, scheduling, absence tracking, and accrual management that align with business and compliance requirements. The analyst will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and functional experts to ensure accurate, compliant, and user-friendly time and leave management across Avantor's global operations. This is a full-time, remote position.
