Job Summary As a Core Payments Sales Director, you are responsible for leading your team of sales managers and their teams to success. Your dynamic leadership style will focus on recruiting, growing and leading your team to the top. Collaboration and communication are essential as you work with your VP to achieve organization goals. This role is for those who are results driven, passionate about empowering others, and inspired by innovation. Job Duties A Core Payments Sales Director plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization's sales. Your responsibilities include identifying, interviewing, and recruiting top-tier sales talent to build an elite team. You will lead other sales leaders on your team, and you will ensure your team's success by fostering a high-performance culture and leading by example. As an effective teacher, you will demonstrate the capabilities of our cutting-edge point-of-sale solutions to empower your growing team to do the same.
