Job Title: Program Specialist.
Location(s): Burlington, VT (Hybrid).

Overview:

  • The Program Specialist supports enterprise-level digital marketing and website programs designed for large automotive dealer networks. These programs are executed in partnership with automotive manufacturers and encompass the management of hundreds of dealership websites on a scale.
  • The OEM Services Program Management Team leads these initiatives, and the Program Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring successful program execution.
  • This position requires a technically inclined, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured environment and collaborates effectively with peers. Prior web development experience is not required; internal tools and a content management system are used for all website-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute assigned program tasks, including website asset implementation and website compliance audits.
  • Work within internal tools and a proprietary content management system to support program deliverables.
  • Coordinate with the Program Management Team to ensure timely completion of project assignments.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail when handling multiple dealership website updates.
  • Track progress, escalate blockers, and provide status updates as required.
  • Ensure adherence to program standards and operational procedures.
  • Support quality assurance and documentation related to program activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of computer proficiency and general web-savviness.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage accuracy across multiple tasks.
  • Highly organized and capable of self-managing assigned projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
