How will you contribute?

As a Wisconsin Licensed Sprinkler Fitter, if you thrive in the fast-paced environment of construction and enjoy variety-where one day you might be working on an ASRS system and the next on a multifamily stick-framed project-this role is for you!

Our projects span Western Wisconsin, from Ashland to Prairie du Chien, serving a diverse range of clients in industries such as heavy industrial, commercial, education, healthcare, food processing, and multifamily residential. Your employment will be governed by a collective bargaining agreement ensuring competitive wages and benefits.

This is an excellent chance to showcase your technical expertise while collaborating closely with Ahern's customers and internal design team. For the right candidate, there's also the flexibility to work across both our contract and service teams-offering true variety and growth in your career.

What do you need to qualify?

Ideal candidate will be working as a journeyman or foreman through National 669 and have experience leading construction projects. Candidates from open shops willing to join UA Local 669 are encouraged to apply as well.
