Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for
executing full-cycle recruiting to attract, engage, and hire top talent within
our medical device manufacturing organization. This role plays a key part in
supporting both exempt and non-exempt hiring needs across multiple U.S. sites
and Canada ensuring alignment with our company's mission, values, and growth
objectives.
In addition to direct recruitment responsibilities, the
Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as the primary liaison for all temporary
workforce programs, managing vendor relationships, coordinating onboarding and
timesheet submissions, and ensuring exceptional partnership and compliance
between our company and external staffing providers.
Key Tasks
- Manage
the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned functions, including job
postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and
onboarding. - Partner
closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop
sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience. - Oversee
and manage relationships with staffing agency partners supporting the
contingent and temporary workforce. - Serve
as the main point of contact for all temporary employee inquiries and
vendor communications. - Review
and submit timesheets for temporary employees in coordination with site
leaders and vendor partners to ensure accurate and timely processing. - Monitor
vendor performance and compliance with company standards, including cost
management, service levels, and workforce quality. - Support
workforce planning efforts by maintaining visibility into open
requisitions, contingent labor usage, and upcoming hiring needs. - Maintain
accurate and compliant documentation within the Applicant Tracking System
(ATS) and other HR systems.
Participate
in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing recruiting
processes, candidate experience, and vendor effectiveness.

Your Background
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - 4-6 years of progressive
experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing, medical
device, or other regulated industries. - Strong
understanding of full-cycle recruiting, employment law, and vendor
management best practices. - Proven
success managing contingent workforce programs and third-party staffing
relationships. - Exceptional
communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the
organization. - Highly
organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency
in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience
with HRIS and vendor management systems a plus. - Other
qualifications or experiences.
