Essential Responsibilities:



  • Review Treasury Services documents & reports for ACH (automated clearing house) to ensure compliance with policy.
  • Review non-complex credits for risk rating accuracy.
  • Assist as needed in monthly report preparation and review, and data entry.
  • Complete other research projects as needed to assist the department.
  • Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)



Summer Internship Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:



  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must have completed at least one year of college and currently enrolled in college
  • Must be available to work Monday through Friday, beginning May 18, through early-mid August (end date is somewhat flexible)
  • Detail oriented
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Word and Excel
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to work well in a professional setting



Desired Skills and Competencies:



  • Strong writing skills
  • Finance or accounting background preferred


Physical Requirements:



  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
  • Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time.
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
  • Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
