What Gets You in the Door

• Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

What You'll Do

• Typing, filing, proofreading, and answering phone calls.
• Processing paperwork, distributing documents, and entering application data into the CRM database.
• Review applications for completeness, accuracy, and validity.
• Manage the filing and retrieval of applications.
• Interact with the public both at the front counter and over the phone.
