Call Center Health Surveys Atlanta, GA or Durham NC Pay: $18 Per hour MUST: Call Center experience Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Ability to develop relationships Experience performing health surveys Strong medical terminology knowledge Experience working in the healthcare arena Ability to present information to callers in a friendly manner Strong customer service support skills Ability to follow script and pivot with callers Strong data entry and documentation skills as well as strong attention to detail HS diploma or GED required DUTIES: The Duties of the Medical Call Center role include but are not limited to the following: Interview callers following specific protocol Call Patients and perform health surveys Maintain documentation of all telephone study contacts and results of each call. Review interviewing materials and CATI screens prior to making the call. Organize and turn in completed work in the designated area at the end of each shift.
