What you will do This role plays a key role in supporting and managing various human resources processes across multiple corporate functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Supporting the employee through their full lifecycle, you'll manage key HR Processes including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and compliance processes. This role partners closely with human resources, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure process efficiency, employee engagement and a high-performance culture. Talent - Employee Lifecycle Support
- Support the Talent Acquisition team through recruitment participation, not including but not limited to recruiting events, candidate tracking, scheduling of interviews, booking travel, and candidate reimbursements
- Partner with hiring managers and human resources managers to ensure smooth candidate communication and scheduling
- Lead coordination of onboarding new hires for salaried corporate roles. Including hiring manager training, new hire setup, orientation scheduling, travel, system access, equipment requests, office setup, etc.
- Ensure timely processing of employee changes including promotions, status changes, transfers, etc.
- Lead coordination of offboarding employees of salaried corporate roles. Including exit meetings, termination forms, system access, coordination of equipment return, etc.
HR Operations, Systems, & Compliance
- Process and maintain HRIS entries, workflows, and data integrity
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of employee records in HRIS and personnel files
- Maintains local corporate compliance posters
- Assist with policy updates and help communicate changes across the workforce
- Ensure employees and people leaders are training on policies, processes, and regulatory issues
- Supports tracking and completion of new hire and annual compliance trainings
- Support audits, record requests, and data pulls for corporate HR
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Acts as main point of contact for corporate salaried employees in areas of benefits administration including new hire, life event, and annual open enrollment periods
- Coordinate documentation collection and storage for benefit related items (spousal surcharge, dependent verification, qualifying life events)
- Support biweekly timecard approvals to ensure proper timecard reporting. Provide user training for both employee and manager as required
- Processes unemployment claims for corporate salaried employees
- Coordinate leave of absences with employees, benefits, and payroll teams
Employee Engagement
- Organize Engage Spokane Team committee meetings and lead engagement efforts including but not limited to annual event planning, virtual events/competitions, volunteer, Teams communications, etc.
- Administer anniversary and retirement recognition program
Human Resources Coordination
- Coordinate, plan and execute routine and ad hoc meetings for Human Resources including meeting invites, site preparation, materials, etc. as needed
- Supports HR teams with annual mailings as required
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline HR processes

What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of professional HR administrative/generalist experience
- Experience with HRIS systems (UKG, Paycor, etc.) preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law basics, and documentation requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Regularly works in an office environment, sitting/standing with computer work
- Expanded hours inclusive of possible weekend and evenings supporting the business as needed
- Primary workspace Spokane Office, with some flexibility to work remote
- Less than 10% domestic travel
