This position is located in Spokane, WA. This is a hybrid work model, where you will work 3-4 days in the office.

What you will do

The Senior HRIS Analyst is a strategic partner within the HR Services Team, responsible for leading system support, optimization, and innovation across multiple HR platforms. This role drives complex integrations, advanced analytics, and process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Analyst serves as a subject matter expert and mentor, providing guidance to junior analysts and stakeholders across departments.

Systems Administration



  • Lead system configuration, upgrades, and maintenance across HR platforms
  • Manage user access, security roles, and permissions with a focus on compliance and audit readiness
  • Oversee data integrity and interface monitoring between internal and external systems


Project Management & Process Optimization



  • Lead cross-functional HRIS projects from planning through execution
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to implement system enhancements and new functionality
  • Identify and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience


Advanced Reporting & Analytics



  • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to support strategic HR decision-making
  • Analyze trends and data to provide actionable insights to HR leadership
  • Ensure reporting aligns with internal audit controls and external compliance requirements


Training & Change Management



  • Design and deliver training programs for HRIS users across the organization
  • Lead change management efforts related to system upgrades and process changes
  • Maintain documentation and training materials to support system adoption and data integrity


Payroll Support & Backup



  • Assist in testing and validating payroll system updates and integrations
  • Collaborate with Payroll team to resolve data discrepancies and support audits
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data in compliance with company policies
  • Serve as backup for payroll processing during absences or peak periods

What you will need



  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS or HR technology roles.
  • Proven experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG/UltiPro, Workday, SAP)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools a plus
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, data governance, and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience leading projects and collaborating across departments
  • Regularly works in an office environment, sitting/standing with computer work
  • Expanded hours inclusive of possible weekend and evenings supporting the business as needed
  • Primary workspace Spokane Office, with some flexibility to work remote
