Growth Marketing Journey Builder

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA.

Summary

The Growth Marketing Operations team enables on-device communications and automated messaging for media products and services. This role is responsible for driving and performing day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing, working cross-functionally with growth marketing, product, engineering, and business teams to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications. The goal is to drive awareness and engagement of services and products through customer journey orchestration.

Our Ideal Candidate



  • 7-10 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives
  • Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys
  • Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking; SQL experience preferred
  • High attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects on time
  • Proactive, innovative, resourceful, and able to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks
  • Calm under pressure, able to pivot and make judgment calls as needed
  • Collaborative mindset with strong consideration for partner impact
  • Effective communication across all mediums-Slack, email, and presentations
  • Passion for products and services with deep familiarity with the Apple ecosystem (Mac OS, iOS, Music, iTunes, App Store, Books, Podcasts, Apple Pay, Apple TV, Apple News, Apple Fitness+, Apple One)


Job Description

In this role, you will develop, test, and deploy customer journeys, assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational plans, deliverables, and risks are aligned, and optimize performance through A/B testing to drive growth and program improvement. You will monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement in performance, operational efficiency, and product tooling, and build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks as a reference and training resource.

Education and Experience

BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Additional Requirements

This opportunity is located in Culver City or Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid work.

The pay ranges by location are:

Cupertino: $85/hr

Culver City: $75/hr


The option to extend after the initial term may be available. Candidates must complete a Marketing Logic Skills Assessment prior to first-round screening. A case study question will be presented during the third-round screening.

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
