You'll Support Meaningful Work By: Analyzing material requirements and planning production and delivery schedules. Coordinating and expediting material flow to meet customer demand. Maintaining accurate inventory records and processing changes or rejects. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and shipment accuracy. Applying lean practices to manage material and scheduling for customer orders. Adjusting inventory plans based on demand trends and forecasts. Minimum Qualifications: 4-year business degree or equivalent. 5 years' experience in inventory management, production inventory control environment, material planning, and material scheduling. Ability to work without direct supervision. SAP knowledge. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical mindset. Ability to perform in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Desired Skills and Experience: APICS or supply chain management certification. Experience integrating software tools with lean practices.
