Our Security and Access Team is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Engineer who will design, implement and maintain Identity and Access Management systems and solutions to support our company's initiatives and standards. This can be fully remote.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO Engineer and deploy global identity and access platforms, including SSO, MFA, IAM/CIAM, and PAM. Architect end-to-end solutions covering design, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, automation, lifecycle management, and system retirement. Automate and streamline identity workflows using PowerShell or similar scripting. Troubleshoot complex authentication issues and resolve advanced identity challenges for system administrators, bringing deep technical insight to critical problems. Collaborate with architects and security teams to shape identity strategy that balances strong security principles with business priorities. Evaluate emerging identity risks, recommend countermeasures, and contribute to strengthening Zero-Trust practices. Mentor teammates by sharing expertise, guiding technical decisions, and elevating best practices across the IAM function.WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (5+ years). Five or more years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting identity and access solutions. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, modern IDaaS platforms, and digital certificate lifecycle management. Proficiency with PowerShell or similar scripting languages for automation and system integration. Experience creating documentation, including technical design materials and standard operating procedures. Solid understanding of identity threats, authentication vulnerabilities, and modern cyberattack trends. Self-driven mindset with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend work and limited travel.
