Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable professional to support our Clinic team in digitizing paper medical records. This role involves scanning and accurately entering patient information into our electronic health record (EHR) system, NextGen. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with clinic staff to organize and process physical medical records * Scan paper documents and ensure accurate digital conversion * Enter patient data into the NextGen EHR system with precision * Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines * Monitor progress and promptly report any issues or discrepancies Qualifications * Previous experience in data entry or medical records management preferred * Familiarity with NextGen or other EHR systems is a plus * Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Type & Location * Contract Position (1-2 months) * Based in Victorville, CA Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Apple Valley, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.58 - $22.58/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
