Your Impact: The Foundation of the Game

You will perform essential manual labor and semi-skilled grounds maintenance to ensure our greens, fairways, and bunkers are pristine for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Course Presentation: Operate mowers and string trimmers to maintain greens, tees, aprons, and hillsides. Edge cart paths and maintain sand bunkers to exact resort standards.
• Detail-Oriented Care: Maintain ball washers, replace tee towels and flags, remove debris, and clean flower beds. Sand and seed divots in the tee and drop areas to ensure quick turf recovery.
• Equipment Stewardship: Manage fuel and fluid levels for all assigned equipment daily. Clean and return all tools to the maintenance facility and report any mechanical issues immediately.
• Project Support: Assist in major construction projects, including the building of new greens and tees. Help with grading, soil preparation, and laying sod or seeding new areas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Agronomy leadership team to care for designated holes and ensure the entire course meets 4-Diamond quality levels.

What You Bring to the Team

• The Essentials: Minimum age of 18 with a neat, professional appearance and a "Team-Player" spirit.
• Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of groundskeeping methods and the ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Physicality: Must have the stamina to walk, sit, and stand for long periods outdoors. Ability to regularly lift 25-50 lbs (and occasionally over 50 lbs with assistance).
• Communication: Ability to follow oral and written directions accurately.
• Requirements: * High School diploma or equivalent preferred.




• Valid Texas Driver's License with a satisfactory MVR.
• An enthusiastic attitude and a drive for "Goal Completion."

Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales

• Realiza tareas diarias de mantenimiento del cesped, incluyendo cortar el cesped, cortar los bordes, recortar, soplado y rastrillar.
• Manten los greens, tees, fairways, roughs, bunkers y las areas ajardinadas circundantes.
• Reparar marcas de bola, hendiduras y bordes de bunker para mantener la calidad del campo.
• Operar y mantener equipos de mantenimiento de campos de golf como segadoras, vehiculos utilitarios, descortadoras y sopladoras.
• Informa a los supervisores de problemas con el equipo, preocupaciones de seguridad o condiciones del curso.
• Ayuda con la preparacion del campo, incluyendo mover marcadores de salida, vasos, cuerdas y senalizacion.
• Sigue todos los procedimientos de seguridad, normativas medioambientales y politicas de la empresa.
• Realizar otras tareas asignadas para apoyar las operaciones del curso.

Cualificaciones

• Se prefiere experiencia previa en campos de golf o paisajismo, pero no es obligatorio.
• Capacidad para operar o aprender a manejar equipos de mantenimiento de forma segura.
• Disposicion para trabajar temprano por la manana, fines de semana, festivos y en condiciones meteorologicas variables.
• Fuerte etica de trabajo, fiabilidad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

Requisitos fisicos

• Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar, doblarse y levantar hasta 50 libras durante largos periodos.
• Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre con calor, frio, lluvia y humedad.
