We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile finance professional to join our growing team as a Senior Finance Manager. This hybrid accounting and finance role will play a critical part in integrating a recent start-up acquisition into our broader organization while supporting financial management, analysis, and reporting across our client portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both accounting operations, reporting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A), with the ability to manage acquisition accounting, ensure compliance and accuracy, and provide strategic financial insights to internal stakeholders and clients.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting & Acquisition Integration (Approx. 40%)

  • Lead the onboarding and accounting integration of a recently acquired start-up, ensuring alignment with corporate financial policies, systems, and reporting standards.

  • Establish and maintain accounting procedures, controls, and documentation for the acquired entity.

  • Manage the full monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process for acquired start-up

  • Develop, maintain, and prepare all balance sheet schedules and reconciliations

  • Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the acquired business.

  • Collaborate with other members of the RSV finance team to leverage shared services as well as cross-functional teams in FOX (HR, Legal, Operations, and IT) to support post-acquisition integration processes.

Client Reporting & Analysis (Approx. 40%)

  • Manage client-level financial statements, including preparation and review of P&Ls, balance sheets, and variance analyses.

  • Oversee budgeting processes for client accounts; compare actual performance against budgets and identify key trends or variances.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses on client-related financial and operational data to support business growth and visibility into actuals.

  • Partner with client service teams and leadership to provide financial insights and visibility into sales & expenses

  • Weekly review of accounts receivables and aging reports to maintain integrity of client relationships.

FP&A (Approx. 20%)

  • Support the annual budget, monthly & quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes across business units.

  • Assist in meeting all corporate FP&A requirements including preparation of data loads

  • Analyze differences between systems including accounting ERP, forecast software, and excel based models

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A, ideally with exposure to both corporate and client-facing environments.

  • Experience in post-acquisition integration, consolidation, and financial system migration a strong plus.

  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $128,000.00-150,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
