Job Summary

The Development Associate Philanthropy plays a vital role in advancing the organizations mission by managing corporate foundation and community fundraising initiatives This position oversees partnership stewardship reporting and engagement while supporting third party fundraising cause marketing and peer to peer campaigns The ideal candidate is a strategic relationship builder with excellent project management and communication skills,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3 to 5 years of nonprofit development or fundraising experience preferred
  • Experience with corporate partnerships peer to peer fundraising or community engagement preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems Raisers Edge Salesforce or similar a plus
  • Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Duties Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate foundation and community partners to achieve annual fundraising goals
  • Support peer to peer and community fundraising campaigns including planning volunteer engagement and donor recognition
  • Assist with cause marketing sponsorship and third party fundraising initiatives
  • Maintain accurate donor and campaign data in CRM systems and prepare internal and external reports
  • Represent the organization at partner activations community events and check presentations
  • Collaborate with program and communications teams to develop compelling partner materials and impact stories
  • Contribute to event planning and implementation as needed
