**About the Role:**

In this essential role, you will be the linchpin of product development, acting as an individual contributor who orchestrates the creation of prototype products. You will monitor the entire development process for your assigned product lines, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed and communicated. This is your chance to shine as a central point of contact, collaborating closely with design, merchandising, production, and technical teams, as well as external vendor partners, to bring visionary concepts to life. Your impact will be immediate and visible, directly contributing to the timely and successful launch of new collections.

**What You'll Do:**

* Coordinate the development of prototype products, guiding them from initial concept through to final execution.

* Act as the primary liaison for development details with vendor partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

* Create and maintain seasonal composite sheets and classification charts, serving as vital communication tools.

* Manage the workflow of weekly updates, ensuring all teams are informed and working efficiently.

* Track product development timelines rigorously, ensuring all milestones are met and execution stays within established timeframes.

* Communicate critical design development details to all relevant stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.

**What You'll Bring:**

* A Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.

* 1-5 years of hands-on experience in product design or development.

* Exceptional detail-orientation, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks.

* Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and complex workflows.

* A collaborative spirit and proven ability to thrive as a team player.
