This is an interview position. Leads the development and execution of the strategic plans to develop profitable growth of the business in key portfolios, across the shipper and recipient experiences. Leads the planning & development of Canadian market and customer strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in current and new business areas, establish annual and long-range plans, and identify programs and initiatives to fulfill those strategies. Guides the strategy, and management of the retail network through partnership expansions, drop box placement, new services, technology business requirements, quality control, training and communications. Oversees the development of business cases for new service development in conjunction with Finance. Analyses necessary fact base including customer research, competitive intelligence, customer and market analysis and sales input to develop new service or channel (retail or automation) opportunities. Identifies and drives new growth opportunities, including customer solutions, market expansion, and process innovation, to strengthen competitive advantage. Provides executive-level recommendations on growth opportunities and customer profitability. Partners with senior leadership in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Operations and US Marketing teams to deliver actionable plans. Participates in companywide strategic project prioritization and resource allocation processes. Implements project management process. Leads and develops a high-performing team of managers and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. The incumbent(s) of this position is expected to perform all other related duties as assigned. In the province of Quebec must be bilingual (French and English) Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Minimum Experience Six (6) years business experience or equivalent with emphasis on Product Marketing, Retail Marketing, Project Management and Electronic Commerce Marketing REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong track record for building and executing strategic plans to grow the business. Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset. Collaborative leader, skilled at influencing across multiple stakeholders. Results-driven with a focus on execution and measurable impact. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
