Job Description:

The Bluebeam Program Manager will lead and manage the strategic delivery, implementation oversight, and ongoing success of Bluebeam-based solutions for our construction industry clients, focusing on program leadership and enablement rather than direct consulting or client implementation activities. This role is responsible for developing programs that drive customer adoption, enhance collaboration workflows, and integrate Bluebeam within broader Autodesk Construction Cloud and project management ecosystems. This role is structured to comply with all prior contractual obligations of the employee. It excludes direct solicitation, training, or consulting for clients located in counties where the employee previously conducted business under a restrictive covenant, and focuses instead on national and strategic program management activities

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry, strong technical knowledge of Bluebeam Revu and Studio, and proven experience in program management or solution delivery.

Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Delivery

  • Define and execute a Bluebeam program strategy aligned with the organization's broader solutions offerings.
  • Develop standardized service offerings, implementation frameworks, and workflow best practices for client adoption.
  • In conjunction with the PMO, oversee multiple Bluebeam deployment projects, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality expectations, without direct delivery or client-side consulting responsibilities.
  • Track program performance through KPIs, reporting on adoption, efficiency gains, and customer satisfaction.

Sales Enablement

  • Train and support sales teams on Bluebeam capabilities, benefits, and positioning to clients.
  • Participate in client discovery sessions, demos, and technical discussions to support the sales process.
  • Create proposal templates, sales collateral, and value messaging for internal teams.
  • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership materials highlighting Bluebeam use cases.

Technical Enablement & Internal Support

  • Develop and coordinate internal enablement programs to train technical staff on Bluebeam workflows, integrations, and deployment best practices. This training is for internal capability development only and does not involve direct customer instruction or external consulting.
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation, guides, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support pre-sales scoping and post-sales implementation planning.
  • Facilitate internal workshops, lunch-and-learns, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure cross-team expertise.

Thought Leadership & Market Development

  • Stay current on Bluebeam product roadmap, updates, and new features, sharing insights internally and with clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client sessions as a Bluebeam thought leader.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Bluebeam and Autodesk channel teams to ensure alignment on strategy and opportunities.

Compliance and Ethical Standards

  • Comply with all relevant non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality obligations stemming from prior employment agreements.
  • Promptly notify Human Resources or the Legal Department of any potential conflicts of interest or inquiries pertaining to previous employment contracts.
  • Ensure that all strategic initiatives and client interactions are conducted in alignment with company policies and legal compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology program management, solution delivery, or client success.
  • Expertise with Bluebeam Revu and Studio, including document management, collaboration workflows, and project coordination.
  • Strong program or project management experience.
  • Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with workflow automation, cloud-based collaboration platforms, or document management systems.
  • Prior experience designing internal enablement or training programs.
  • Bluebeam Certified Professional or Instructor credentials.
  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
