Dearborn and Grosse Pointe Job SummaryThe Team Member Safety Team is a system team that seeks to utilize data and improvement methodologies to identify, develop, implement, and lead programs and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing team member safety in both clinical and non-clinical areas across the Corewell Health System in collaboration with operational leaders and multidisciplinary teams. Examples of areas of focus for this team are workplace violence, patient handling, sharps injuries, slip/trip/falls, etc. Each member of the team supports identified locations (this position will support Dearborn and Grosse Pointe), however travel throughout the region may be necessary. Work will be accomplished through a combination of virtual and in-person presence. Team members can expect to be on-site 2-3 days per week on average. Essential Functions
