Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: Job Summary As a People Operations Specialist at the P3 level, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the employee experience across the semiconductor organization. This role requires deep expertise in benefits administration, leave and workers' compensation management, and HR systems, along with the ability to lead process improvement initiatives and mentor peers. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, supporting a dynamic and fast-paced workforce including engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
