Application and development of methodological design and statistical analysis. Designs and conducts research using neuroscience approaches, duties/responsibilities. Project Management. Provides administrative and management support for projects (e.g., IACUC, IBC, etc.). Responsible for budget oversight and purchasing on independent projects. Mentoring/training. Training research technicians, undergraduates, and/or other personnel on research activities, project management, and lab-associated tasks. Manuscript and grant preparation. Coordinates, prepares, and writes research papers, abstracts, presentations, and other research-related communications. Professional development. Attends workshops, courses, and seminars to enhance research and professional skills. Participates in career development activities and presents research at meetings or conferences.
