Now Hiring Parts Distribution Center Supervisor

Location: Auburndale, FL

Schedule: 3rd Shift, Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-11:00pm (Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air.)

Salary: $30-$38 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily PDC operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment that meets productivity and quality targets.
• Develop and implement training programs for all team members, with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and operational best practices.
• Provide daily coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary guidance to promote accountability and professional development.
• Manage workflow and allocate resources to achieve on-time processing of inbound receipts and outbound shipments in accordance with KPI and SLA goals.
• Oversee administrative and inventory functions to ensure accurate records, timely communication, and effective cost control.
• Conduct daily audits across key functional areas to ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain close communication with PDC leadership, internal departments, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination of operations.
• Supervise inventory control activities including inspections, cycle counts, and resolution of discrepancies such as mixed stock or dealer returns.
• Monitor and improve facility organization, housekeeping, and equipment utilization to maximize efficiency and space optimization.
• Support the development and management of operational and capital budgets through cost analysis and process improvements.
• Prepare and conduct formal employee performance evaluations and participate in workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of supervisory experience with proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with WMS or ERP systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; capable of interpreting data and making process-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
