Job Description:

As an experienced member of our Cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in protecting the organization's digital assets and ensuring the integrity of our security posture. Reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity, the IT Security Analyst is responsible for the daily operations of security tools, incident response, risk mitigation, and compliance support. This role offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity within the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident Response & Investigation
    Analyze security system logs, tools, and data sources to support incident response and resolution.

  • Risk Mitigation & Solution Implementation
    Develop and implement scalable, secure solutions to reduce cyber risks across the organization.

  • Security Tool Administration
    Administer, optimize, and maintain security tools and processes to ensure operational effectiveness.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    Perform analysis on threats, risks, compliance, and tool performance. Generate metrics, reports, and presentations for stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Contribute across multiple cybersecurity domains, adapting to shifting priorities and stepping into roles as needed to support project success.

  • Security Awareness & Training
    Promote a culture of security by supporting awareness campaigns and training initiatives.

  • Compliance & Customer Trust Support
    Assist with cybersecurity assessments, interpret compliance requirements, and coordinate responses with internal teams (approximately 15% of the role).

This position is US - Remote Eligible (X time zone preferred). The role may include occasional work at an FFI office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. FFI can employ in states where we have registered entities. The pay range for this role is between $94,100 and $123,480 and is dependent on the work location of the candidate selected. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Pay Range Explained:

This role in Sacramento, California pays between $94,100.00 and $123,480.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
