Hours and Pay

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Overtime and some Saturdays required)

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour to start

Increases: $19.48 after 90 days; additional raise after one year

What You'll Do



  • Review mortgage loan files for completeness and accuracy
  • Perform data entry and update loan servicing information
  • Audit and prepare files for shipment to clients
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Respond to client requests and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment



What You'll Bring



  • Prior experience in document review, data entry, or clerical work preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to type 45+ WPM
  • High school diploma or GED (required; copy needed)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
  • Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse-style office environment
  • Business casual dress and a professional, team-oriented attitude
