Location: Jonesboro, AR

Salary: $80,000+ (based on experience) + Monthly bonus opportunities

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities



  • Analyze procurement data, inventory trends, and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Execute full procurement cycle: order placement, acknowledgment, delivery tracking, and on-time fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to align material availability with manufacturing and distribution needs.
  • Manage key projects and program launches related to resourcing, cost savings, vendor compliance, and lead time reduction.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain risks or disruptions using data-driven insights.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP systems, including purchase orders, vendor data, and pricing.
  • Evaluate change requests to support customer demands and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Implement continuous improvement practices in procurement, inventory turnover, and supplier issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Provide regular status updates to leadership using data visualization tools and reporting dashboards.



Qualifications & Skills



  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in procurement or supply chain within manufacturing and/or distribution.
  • ERP Proficiency: SAP, Oracle, JDE, Epicor, or similar systems.
  • Data Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting: Knowledge of best practices in supply planning.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to resolving supplier and inventory issues.
  • Knowledge of business practices, compliance, and supply chain regulations.



Education & Certifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
  • APICS, CPM, or other supply chain certifications preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
