SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing excellent customer experience to our customer base, maintaining our loan portfolio with care and accuracy, and ensuring all collateral is properly insured and protected.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with incoming customer calls, working to resolve inquiries while providing a customer experience that reflects our 'above and beyond' standard.

Ensure the protection of our collateral by processing incoming insurance and obtaining required policies from insurance agents and companies. Work insurance reports as assigned, communicating effectively with lenders, insurance agents, and our customers as necessary.

Perform daily reconciliations of internal accounts. Review and process reports as assigned, resolving exceptions with good judgment and accuracy.

Review and process closed accounts daily. Prepare closeout documentation with a high level of accuracy and ensure timely collateral release.

Process loan and credit card transactions, including payments, payoffs, reversals, and auto-transfer setup/maintenance.

Assist with a variety of operational tasks as assigned, which may include but are not limited to: Tax Payment review, Escrow analysis, archival/mailing, HELOC check review, New account scanning/filing, Discharge fee assessment and payoff letter preparation, Loan committee packets organization, Vault check, Abandoned Property, Lien release preparation, Incoming mail, and Returned mail.

*Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

This position requires experience in a business setting, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate must be results-driven, possess a sense of urgency, be organized and able to maintain a high level of professionalism, and be able to work well in both team environments and independently.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, co-workers, and outside bank personnel.
Communicate Orally.
Normal daily physical activities include: walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling.
Must be able to read reports and use a computer.
Occasionally will lift 20-30 pounds (files, cash drawer, etc.)
