We have an immediate opening for an experienced, effective and dynamic project and change manager to join our project teams delivering large, complex multi-regional transformation initiatives. This role will programme manage complex inter-company relocations across the NOAM and LATAM regions while ensuring strict governance and communication within a fluid, ambiguous and rapidly changing landscape. The successful candidate will quickly adapt to lead facilities management integration and target operating model rollout multiple key systems and processes, and developing interim solutions to maintain business continuity while intuitively tapping into knowledge across various workstreams. This role will work hand in glove with HR transition leadership and local talent teams to address operating model resourcing requirements.

This position requires exceptional ability to leverage all intelligence at hand, from site-level contact due diligence to client stakeholder knowledge at multiple levels. You will have the ability to understand the relevance of the information available and feed insights into both the execution team and the wider PMO integration team. You will maintain clear reporting and have an excellent understanding of handoffs and interdependencies to achieve client business outcomes according to established plans. The role demands adaptability to shift strategies according to changes while actively mitigating risks throughout the transformation process.

Core Experience:

  • Significant experience delivering complex change initiatives globally across multiple regions, particularly NOAM and LATAM
  • Proven track record programme managing inter-company relocations and facilities management integrations
  • Experience operating within fluid, ambiguous environments while maintaining strict governance protocols
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate and lead target operating model implementations across diverse systems and processes
  • Strong background in developing interim solutions for business continuity during major transitions
  • Experience working within PMO frameworks and managing complex interdependencies across multiple workstreams

Responsibilities:

1. Programme Management & Integration Leadership:

  • Programme manage complex inter-company relocations across NOAM and LATAM regions
  • Lead facilities management integration and target operating model rollout across key systems and processes
  • Develop and implement interim solutions ensuring business continuity throughout transition periods
  • Conduct comprehensive site-level contact due diligence and stakeholder mapping
  • Feed critical insights and recommendations into wider PMO integration team
  • Maintain clear reporting on handoffs, interdependencies, and progress toward client business outcomes
  • Adapt programme strategies dynamically according to changing requirements while mitigating associated risks

2. Change Management:

  • Develop overall change management plan and approach for multi-regional relocation initiatives
  • Lead & execute comprehensive change management efforts across diverse geographic and cultural contexts
  • Develop impact analysis for relocation changes in processes, systems, roles, behaviors, and skills across regions
  • Define and assess key stakeholders across NOAM and LATAM, creating targeted engagement plans for supporters and resisters
  • Support planning and execution of adoption and sustainability plans including regional success measures
  • Consolidate change risks across all workstreams and escalate appropriately to Program Sponsor and/or Program Manager
  • Coach project teams in change management best practices while sharing methodology expertise

3. Project Management:

  • Manage project intake, scoping and business case creation for complex relocation initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive project timelines, plans and tracking mechanisms across multiple regions
  • Establish robust project governance frameworks suitable for multi-regional operations
  • Lead project meeting management and action tracking across time zones and cultural contexts
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting and risk/issue/decision identification and mitigation strategies

4. Communications:

  • Develop communications and engagement plans tailored to diverse regional stakeholder groups
  • Partner with communication leads to support planning and execution across NORAM and LATAM
  • Provide guidance on optimal implementation and engagement approaches considering cultural nuances
  • Support creation of regionally appropriate collateral and draft communications for various audiences

5. Training & Knowledge Transfer:

  • Develop training approaches and documentation for new systems and processes across regions
  • Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements and contributing to delivery
  • Create training collateral in collaboration with L&D teams, ensuring regional relevance
  • Evaluate user readiness for implementation across different geographic markets and cultural contexts

Estimated compensation for this position:

130,000.00 - 165,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
