Digital Advertising Analyst (Paid Media) - Remote

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote or on-site contract role located in Culver City, CA. While this role has the option to site fully remote, our client is only looking for candidate immediately located in the LA Metro area.

We're seeking a Digital Advertising Analyst to join the Paid Media Intelligence team, supporting data automation, reporting, and financial tracking for high-impact paid media campaigns. This role will help strengthen data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives by developing efficient dashboards and streamlining operational workflows.

  5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or media reporting

  Proficient in Tableau, with strong visualization, calculation, and dashboard design skills

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that support paid media performance and creative reporting. You'll partner with marketing, finance, and analytics stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. This includes reconciling vendor invoices, managing purchase order tracking, and automating internal data workflows using tools like Python.

You will also contribute to tool evaluations and process improvements, supporting the Paid Media Intelligence team's overall efficiency and reporting accuracy.

  Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, data science, or equivalent practical experience

  Background in marketing analytics, media performance reporting, or digital campaign operations

This opportunity is remote and is remote or on-site in Culver City.

The pay for this W-2 position is $66.52 per hour.
