Summary of Job Description:

The HR Service Center Representative position is responsible for taking, processing, and resolving standard to complex inquiries from Operations associates on a wide variety of administrative topics covered by the HR Service Center.The Representative applies the standard procedures accurately in resolving calls and emails on a timely basis and refers complex issues to higher tiers.This position provides excellent guest service to all inquiries via emails, phone calls or chats and accurately provides solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking, processing, and resolving standard to complex inquiries from Operations associates on a wide variety of administrative topics covered by the HR Service Center.Topics may include hiring, onboarding, compensation, benefits and other general HR policies.
  • Draws on training, policy manuals, knowledge bases and other tools to quickly resolve the caller's requests or issues.Accurately uses the available database tools and systems to appropriately record the nature and solution of the call.
  • Applies the standard procedures accurately in resolving calls and emails on a timely basis.Refers complex issues to higher tiers such as Senior Representative or Supervisor for solutions.
  • Provides excellent guest service to all inquiries via emails, phone calls or chats and accurately provides solutions.
  • Troubleshoots problems and may assist less experienced team member with common questions. May assist with other administrative tasks such as mailing, child support, processing unemployment claims and responding to government agencies under supervisor's guidance.

Your background & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum one to two years of experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment.
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training

Pay Range: P1 $28-$35/ Hour

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
