The Opportunity
Adobe Customer Solutions is seeking a visionary leader to oversee the strategy and execution of our Premium Learning Curriculum. This role is responsible for setting a new standard of excellence, driving innovation, and ensuring the highest quality across all learning experiences within our portfolio. As the Leader in Curriculum Strategy, your role involves guiding two curriculum supervisors and their teams, promoting a culture of ongoing progress, dynamic growth, and creative teamwork. Your leadership will position Adobe at the forefront of learning, delivering programs that inspire and empower our customers.
What you'll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum strategy for Adobe's Premium Learning Subscription, aligning with business goals, customer needs, and industry standard methodologies.
- Manage the content portfolio to ensure comprehensive coverage and seamless integration of new solutions, modalities, and formats.
- Establishing agile development standards and governance frameworks that ensure quality, relevance, and consistency across all delivery channels-adapting continuously to evolving products, customer feedback, and instructional innovation.
- Monitor and incorporate emerging learning methodologies, technologies, and industry trends to keep Adobe's curriculum current and competitive.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, and instructor teams to ensure curriculum relevance, impact, and strategic alignment.
- Define and track key performance indicators (critical metrics) to measure curriculum impact, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and support a high-performing team of curriculum managers and creative professionals, encouraging experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning innovative pilots and process refinement to improve learner outcomes.
What you need to succeed
- 8+ years in curriculum strategy, instructional design, or learning program management in tech, SaaS, or Educational Technology.
- Expertise in agile content development, including sprint planning, editorial standards, peer reviews, and version control.
- Experience managing multi-modal curriculum portfolios with clear prioritization and lifecycle oversight.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams, driving measurable gains in efficiency, engagement, and output.
- Strong analytical skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI to assess curriculum impact and learner outcomes.
- Applied knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methods such as micro-learning and scenario-based training.
- Excellent communication and partner management, with experience presenting to executives and collaborating across teams.
- Ongoing commitment to innovation and improvement through industry engagement and adoption of emerging tools.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Learning Manager), authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate), and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams).
- Familiarity with SaaS business models, customer lifecycle stages, and education strategies that drive adoption a strong plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $127,300 -- $228,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
