JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The new Flourishing Education Research Lab at Penn State invites applications for a Part-Time Project Manager to support innovative human flourishing and education initiatives. This position will help oversee undergraduate student teams who are engaged in co-design research to develop and evaluate interventions that promote mindfulness, compassion, and resilience among college students. The Project Manager will play a critical role in coordinating research activities and protocols, supporting curriculum and intervention development, and managing day-to-day project operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing program focused on transforming student well-being through evidence-based, relational approaches.
