      Sandia National Laboratories seeks an enthusiastic early career data scientist to join our collaborative team in supporting key systems to deliver GEOINT capabilities to both the DOD and the IC.  About Our Team
      The Systems Mission Engineering Center (6300) organization provides real-time remote sensing solutions in space, ground, and other domains for actionable intelligence against threats to the nation. The Mission Engineering and Geospatial Analytics System Program Office (MEGASPO) supports many DOD and IC customers to design and integrate key national systems that strengthen national security. The strategic objective of Mission Engineering & Geospatial Data Analytics (6340) is to enable and optimize use of disparate geospatial data sources to provide actionable intelligence address threats to national security that are increasingly more complex. Group members develop new approaches and missions for current systems and expedite operationalizing new capabilities. Posting Duration

      Sandia is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, law enforcement records, and employment/education verifications.
