The Sr. Director, Clinical Services & Operations is responsible for setting the clinical strategy, driving high-quality outcomes and patient safety, and overseeing clinical education. This role works in alignment with the broader clinical strategy and elevates the strength of nursing/clinical services. The Sr. Director builds relationships with external clinical leaders and collaborates with internal departments to improve patient outcomes. This role leads the Group's Clinical Landscape and strategic clinical alignment for outcomes, quality, and safety in partnership with the Group Vice President by proactively identifying issues in quality, safety, and outcomes, creating action and implementation plans. This is a National clinical leader driving outcomes across 400+ locations in the midatlantic. Location preference: Can be located anywhere in North Carolina, Kentucky, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Southeast Ohio. Travel:
