We are seeking a skilled and experiencedManager: Network Infrastructure & Studio Support to lead the team responsible for delivering robust, secure, and high-performance network services across our global portfolio of game development studios.

This role manages a small, globally distributed team (4 - 5 engineers) supporting studios across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will ensure delivery of LAN infrastructure, secure remote access, and local connectivity to support development workflows.

This position is primarily focused on oversight and coordination, with an expectation of strong technical acumen in networking, particularly across Palo Alto, Juniper, Meraki, and cloud connectivity platforms. While not a hands-on engineering role, the candidate must be capable of reviewing, challenging, and guiding technical decisions in collaboration with engineering staff and partners.

Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage a global team responsible for network services supporting game development studios
  • Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication
  • Oversee the delivery and ongoing health of LAN infrastructure, remote access platforms, and connectivity solutions across studio environments
  • Maintain close engagement with internal studio stakeholders, ensuring service delivery meets expectations while managing competing demands
  • Provide input into annual budgeting processes for studio infrastructure needs; support project-based planning and cost alignment
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure effective service delivery and contract performance
  • Support the development of a global, follow-the-sun support model for infrastructure operations
  • Contribute to network planning in support of live operations, studio expansions, and infrastructure upgrades
  • Ensure appropriate standards, policies, and procedures are followed in support of network reliability, performance, and security


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure, with 2+ years in a managerial or team leadership role
  • Demonstrable expertise in LAN technologies, network design, and operations
  • Experience with Palo Alto, Juniper, and Meraki platforms in a multi-site enterprise environment
  • Strong working knowledge of remote access technologies and cloud connectivity models
  • Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage cross-regional operations
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders in high-demand environments
  • Strong communication and vendor management skills, including SLA oversight and contract performance management
  • Ability to travel internationally on a quarterly basis (US, UK, and EU)


Desirable Skills and Qualifications:



  • Experience in the gaming or digital media industry, particularly in supporting development environments
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN, infrastructure-as-code or DevOps principles in network operations
  • Exposure to live operations or event-driven infrastructure management
  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent knowledge of IT service management best practices
  • Experience contributing to or managing 24/7 support models across time zones

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$146,100 $219,100 USD
