About LeadsOnline

At LeadsOnline, we bridge the gap between technology and justice, empowering law enforcement agencies with cutting-edge solutions to close cases and serve their communities. Our Account Executives (AEs) play a critical role in our mission, connecting law enforcement agencies with our powerful tools to help them work smarter and faster. Everything we do is grounded in our core values of Service, Energy, Ownership, and People-and we're looking for someone who embodies these principles.

We're growing rapidly expanding our footprint across federal, state, and local agencies and we're looking for a Sales Trainer who can elevate our sales team's effectiveness, consistency, and confidence when selling to the public sector.

About the Role

The Sales Enablement Specialist (Training & Curriculum) will design, deliver, and optimize training programs for our sales organization, focused on the unique dynamics of the government and public-safety markets.

This role combines real-world sales experience with a passion for teaching and coaching. You'll build onboarding programs for new hires, develop ongoing learning tracks for account executives and sales leaders, and ensure consistent messaging, process alignment, and skill development across all stages of the sales cycle.

You'll partner closely with our Sales Managers, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure the sales team is fully equipped to communicate the value of LeadsOnline solutions to law enforcement and public-sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver sales onboarding, skill development, and certification programs tailored to public-sector and government sales.
  • Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and create targeted learning plans to drive quota attainment.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops, live coaching sessions, and virtual training focused on discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and public-sector procurement cycles.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to translate technical solutions into clear, customer-centric messaging for our audience of law enforcement and public agencies.
  • Support rollout of new tools, playbooks, and process improvements; ensure consistent adoption across the team.
  • Measure training effectiveness and correlate learning outcomes with performance metrics such as pipeline health, win rates, and time-to-productivity.
  • Maintain content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide ongoing updates based on field feedback and business priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for sales leadership and a mentor to developing sales professionals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience designing and facilitating sales training programs for B2B or SaaS organizations.
  • Experience in technology sales, account management, or sales enablement (experience with public sector, government, or law-enforcement clients strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of trained team achievement and/or demonstrated credibility with high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills; comfortable leading both live and virtual sessions.
  • Experience with learning systems, sales methodologies, and enablement tools
  • Understanding state and local procurement, RFP processes, and public-sector contracting cycles is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Education, or related field

What Success Looks Like

New hires ramp to quota faster and demonstrate full product and process proficiency.

Experienced sellers strengthen skills in opportunity qualification, storytelling, and public-sector selling strategy.

Sales leadership reports consistent readiness and improved team confidence across all territories.

Enablement programs become measurable drivers of revenue growth and customer impact.
