  • The Clinical Supervisor will uphold the mission and values of Hillcrest Healthcare System, actively advocating for quality patient care, excellent customer service, and operational efficiency.
  • As a member of the leadership team, this individual will participate in system planning, budgeting, workforce management, and program development to ensure care meets HHS standards.
  • The Clinical Supervisor may also supplement staffing as a circulator or Charge Nurse when needed.
  • This role requires adherence to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-year associate degree
  • RN License
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care

  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • CNOR within 1 year

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • 4-year bachelor's degree
  • 3 to 5 years of surgical experience
  • AORN membership
