After a period of in-person training and time working onsite with your team, this role has the option to work remotely (in WI only at this time). In general, this timeframe tends to be 4-6 weeks. Note that there will be situations when someone may choose or be asked to return onsite which would be coordinated and scheduled in advance.

As a sales support associate, you'll make the 4imprint brand come alive and interact with our customers throughout the day by providing them with the most remarkable service they've ever had!

In this role you will be ensuring product samples get in the hand of customers and prospective customers for review, both by specific item requests and make strong, relatable product suggestions based on the customer's comments, previous order/sample history and considering their type of business. You will be a friendly voice to customers as a reminder on pending art proof approvals and will handle emails from customers regarding their recent sample request, assisting them in their purchasing decisions.

Here's what a typical day might look like. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Provide fast-paced, high-volume data entry to process sample requests for customer review, so they can try before they buy with our free samples.
  • Review customer's response to a weekly Blue Box invitation making sound decisions on what samples to send the customer to create their custom Blue Box experience.
  • Facilitate shipment of samples from both our sample warehouse inventory or direct from our suppliers to the US and Canada with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in an hourly art proof follow-up task in order to reach out to customers via phone in a timely manner with a gentle, yet important reminder of a pending art proof approval for orders that are scheduled for production but awaiting their art approval.
  • Attend to the customer's emails in reply to their recent sample request or customer inquiry questions and act as needed. Examples of, but not limited to, are: provide tracking, answer product-related questions, make additional product suggestions, send additional samples.
  • Identify opportunities for quotes/orders and where we may provide additional customer care. Then forward those emails for review and assignment, as needed.
  • Send prompt and professional email communications.
  • Maintain a current understanding of product trends, new items and best sellers.
  • Responsible for meeting and maintaining performance objectives and goals.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Assist in other support projects as assigned.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 year sales/customer service experience preferred.
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry, MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
