Software Developer Advisor - Salesforce

Provide leadership and initiative in a team environment and ensures application of systems thinking principles allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software.

Essential Functions

• Leads the resolution of complex problems.
• Provides the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle.
• Develops prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology.
• Applies modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch new business capabilities.
• Mentors development of those in less senior positions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or information systems and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR

Formal completion of a bootcamp certification and two years work experience in operations, business or technical field and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR

Bachelor's degree and formal completion of a bootcamp certification and three years coding experience in a professional environment OR

Bachelor's degree and two years work experience in technical field and three years coding experience in a professional environment.

Minimum Experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

General knowledge of hardware, software, and network.

Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce developer with hands-on experience with objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows. Proficient in Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools; adept with integrations using APIs and ETL tools. The desired location for this position would be Memphis, TN; however, this position may be located anywhere within the United States based on business need.
