You'll lead engaging new hire orientations, create and deliver training programs that build skills and confidence, and support employees and supervisors with HR guidance.In this role, you'll collaborate across teams to ensure compliance, drive leadership development, and foster a workplace where every employee feels supported, informed, and empowered.
