As a Security Professional - Auto Facility Entry in Spartanburg, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials. Your presence and attention to detail help maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols around the premises, provide excellent customer service, and communicate professionally with all individuals on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Monitor and control access to the automotive facility, verifying credentials of individuals entering and exiting the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the automotive site in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Observe facility entrances, exits, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted behaviors and/or breaches of site protocols.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or any irregularities observed during assigned shifts.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies specific to the automotive environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
